Job Summary: This position supports the production process, assists in sorting, counting, and organizing materials, and performs basic machine operations while maintaining an organized workspace and adhering to safety regulations. Focus on safety, organization, and teamwork. **Main Duties and Responsibilities:** * Assist in production process stages as directed by leadership. * Sort, count, and organize parts and materials used in production. * Support operators in tasks such as machine feeding, removal of finished parts, and organizing production flow. * Perform basic operations on cutting, bending, drawing, and stamping machines, as required and per internal training. * Load and unload parts, raw materials, and sector supplies. * Assist in moving coils, sheets, tapes, and other items used in manufacturing. * Support the tumbling process and direct parts to respective departments. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of machines, equipment, and the work area per company standards. * Strictly follow safety instructions, PPE usage, and internal procedures. * Report any issues, irregularities, or material replenishment needs to leadership. **High school diploma required** Employment type: Full-time CLT Compensation: Starting at R$2\.120,00 per month Benefits: * Food basket * Commuter allowance Work location: On-site
