Job Summary: An IT professional to manage network infrastructure, Windows/Linux servers, Office 365, and IP CCTV systems, with emphasis on communication and issue resolution. Key Highlights: 1. Experience with Windows Server, Linux, and Office 365 2. Knowledge of wired and fiber optic network infrastructure 3. Familiarity with IP CCTV and VMS systems (preferably Digifort) Information Technology Analyst \- Work in Windows Server, Linux, and Office 365 environments, including configuration, updates, and troubleshooting. • Design, implement, and maintain wired and fiber optic network infrastructure. • Manage IP CCTV and VMS systems (preferably Digifort). • Generate IT control reports, performance analyses, and compliance assessments. * Communicate clearly with internal customers, vendors, and teams to resolve requests and negotiate solutions. Knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, and Office 365, as well as wired and fiber optic network infrastructure. • Bachelor's degree in IT or related field (or currently pursuing). • Familiarity with IP CCTV and VMS systems. * Preferred qualifications: certifications such as CCNA, MCSA, or equivalents. • Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), and LGPD. • Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI.
