Job Summary: Serve as a technical reference in Back-end, leading the design and implementation of robust, scalable, and modern solutions while mentoring professionals and promoting technical excellence. Promotion of a culture of technical excellence **Role in the company:** Serve as a technical reference in Back\-end, leading the design and implementation of robust, scalable, and modern solutions. You are expected to actively contribute to defining architecture, standards, and technical strategies, as well as mentor professionals at various levels and foster a culture of technical excellence. **Responsibilities:** Develop and maintain backend applications in Java (Spring Boot). Participate in technical and architectural decisions. Integrate RESTful APIs and microservices. Write automated tests (JUnit, Mockito). Collaborate with product and frontend teams. **Requirements:** Solid experience with Java 17\+ and Spring Framework. Knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL). Familiarity with Git, Docker, and CI/CD. Good programming practices and design patterns. Technical English. **Nice-to-haves:** Experience with microservice architecture. Knowledge of messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ). Cloud (AWS). Test-Driven Development (TDD). EKS.
