Work on diverse products and projects **Why Join Elgin:** * We are a Proudly Brazilian company; * Opportunity to positively impact people's lives; * Space and autonomy for you to build a legacy; * An outstanding team of passionate professionals who are leaders in their respective fields; * Opportunity to work on diverse products and projects, with various technologies and methodologies — all under one roof. ***So ...*** ***\#VemSerElgin*** ***\#Maisdoquevocêimagina*** **Want to learn more about our culture?** **Visit our website: www.elgin.com.br** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Learning and Development:** * Gain practical knowledge of production processes, quality systems, and continuous improvement methodologies; * Develop technical and behavioral skills required to operate effectively in a production environment. **Operational Support:** * Assist in daily production activities, contributing to operational efficiency and minimizing errors. * Participate in data collection and analysis to identify opportunities for improving production processes. * Generate and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly reports. **Innovation and Continuous Improvement:** * Contribute new ideas and creative solutions to challenges encountered in production. * Actively participate in continuous improvement projects, supporting the implementation of practices that enhance productivity and quality. * Participate in monitoring quality standards and implementing improvements. **Communication and Collaboration:** * Collaborate with different departments and colleagues, maintaining clear and effective communication. * Support report preparation and communication of results and progress to the team. * Assist in material management and inventory control. **Company Culture and Values:** * Embody and promote company values, including safety, quality, environmental responsibility, and teamwork. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in undergraduate studies from the 4th semester onward in: Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Microsoft Office Suite: Proficiency in Excel and Power BI, especially formulas, pivot tables, charts, and dashboards. * CAD/CAM Tools: Basic knowledge of technical drawing software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks). * ERP Systems: Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is a plus. * Courses or certifications in relevant areas such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, etc., are advantageous. **Additional Information** Why work at Elgin?
