Job Summary: We are seeking a Developer Analyst with experience in systems and data, focused on optimization, automation, and AI-powered strategic decision-making, collaborating across teams. Description: DEVELOPER ANALYST (Systems and Data) Location: Arujá \- SP Sector: Waste Management and Treatment WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU: We seek a professional with a degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Systems Analysis, or related fields. Relevant experience in system development, data integration, and process automation is essential, along with strong knowledge of SQL Server, APIs, and data analysis tools. We are looking for someone with logical reasoning, systemic vision, good communication skills, and curiosity to explore emerging technologies—especially those related to artificial intelligence and predictive analytics. ADDITIONAL ASSETS: Experience in data modeling, machine learning, Power BI, and integrations between legacy systems and new platforms will be considered a significant advantage. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Develop, maintain, and evolve systems and integrations supporting Grupo Renova's operations. * Structure and optimize databases, ensuring data integrity, performance, and security. * Create data-based solutions to support strategic and operational decision-making. * Automate processes and apply AI to enhance internal department efficiency. * Collaborate with diverse teams to understand requirements and propose effective technological solutions. * Prepare and maintain technical documentation, ensuring traceability and information governance. * Monitor technological trends and suggest continuous improvements to corporate systems.
