Support for internal and external customers, resolving operational deviations Responsibilities and Duties: Program and release shipments based on service time windows, available volumes, and operational priorities; Monitor deliveries in real time, ensuring adherence to deadlines and route accuracy; Report operational information to the customer Ultragaz, ensuring clear, agile, and effective communication; Provide support to internal and external customers, addressing inquiries and handling potential operational deviations; Control and update logistics spreadsheets and systems, focusing on productivity tracking and operational KPIs; Collaborate closely with the monitoring team, drivers, and operational leadership; Contribute to continuous improvement of logistics processes by identifying optimization opportunities and reducing failures. Requirements and Qualifications: Completed high school education (technical or undergraduate degree in Logistics, Administration, or related fields is desirable); Prior experience in shipment programming, logistics monitoring, or similar roles in the transportation sector; Intermediate knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, filters) and proficiency with logistics management systems (TMS, SAP, or similar); Strong verbal and written communication skills; Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and sense of urgency; Availability to work on rotating shifts, including possible Saturdays or rotating on-call duties.
