




Job Summary: Assist in the preparation, organization, and cleaning of the kitchen, supporting production and inventory control. Key Highlights: 1. Assistance in production and inventory control * **Preparation (Mise en Place):** Assist in ingredient preparation, such as washing, peeling, cutting, and portioning vegetables, meats, and other items according to the Chef's instructions. * **Organization and Cleaning:** Keep the kitchen, utensils, equipment, and storage areas **clean, organized, and sanitized** in compliance with food safety regulations (ANVISA). * **Storage:** Perform proper receipt, inspection, and storage of supplies, following the FIFO (First Expired, First Out) standard. * **Production Support:** Assist cooks during dish preparation, following established recipes and procedures. * **Dishwashing:** Ensure proper washing and drying of dishes, pots, and cutlery. * **Inventory Control:** Support basic inventory counting and control.
