**General Description:** Perform welding and structural repair services on maritime containers, ensuring integrity, safety, and compliance with technical standards required for operational use, storage, or transportation. **Key Responsibilities:** * Perform MIG, shielded metal arc (SMAW), and/or oxyacetylene welding on container metal structures * Carry out repairs on side panels, doors, columns, longitudinal beams, roof, and metal flooring * Replace and reinforce damaged metal sheets * Repair cracks, holes, dents, and structural deformations * Perform cutting using torches or appropriate tools * Prepare surfaces for welding (cleaning, grinding, and alignment) * Ensure finish meets required technical standards * Comply with safety regulations, PPE usage, and operational procedures * Support quality inspections and testing of performed repairs **Technical Requirements:** * Proven experience as an industrial or naval welder * Knowledge of structural welding * Basic ability to read and interpret technical drawings * Familiarity with container repairs (preferred) **Behavioral Competencies:** * Attention to detail * Commitment to safety and quality * Proactivity * Teamwork **Working Hours:** * Monday through Friday, from **08:00 to 17:00**, with a **1-hour break** * Saturdays, from **08:00 to 12:00** Employment Type: Permanent CLT Contract Salary: BRL 2,800.00 – BRL 3,409.81 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Food allowance * Meal voucher * Transportation allowance
