Job Description: The professional will travel throughout the city and region, providing technical support at Claro branches and stations. Their activities include performing preventive and corrective maintenance on building and technical infrastructure, ensuring full operation of the supported units. Key responsibilities include: * Inspecting and intervening in power, electrical, air conditioning (HVAC), and other infrastructure systems; * Identifying failures, performing basic repairs, and supporting technical corrections according to defined procedures; * Ensuring that branches and stations are properly maintained and operating safely and continuously; * Following technical, safety, and quality standards as established by EQS Engenharia and Claro; * Recording service calls, performed services, and operational incidents; * Supporting daily operations by preventing failures that could impact unit functionality. Requirements: Driver’s License Category B, experience in the role, technical course in electrotechnology, and flexible working hours (on-call regime).
