We are looking for a Senior Controller and FP\&A Analyst focused on **ensuring the quality, consistency, and reliability of economic and financial information**, supporting area leadership in the **critical review of data generated by Accounting, Tax, and CSC departments**, as well as strengthening planning, budgeting, forecasting, and managerial analysis processes. **Key Responsibilities** **Controller and Information Governance** * Create departmental reports; review and critically audit economic and financial data generated by Accounting, Tax, CSC, and Finance, ensuring compliance with regulations, internal policies, and best practices. * Be fully capable of validating balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, general ledgers, accounting reconciliations, and managerial reports—identifying inconsistencies, deviations, or risks. * Serve as the focal point for information quality, ensuring traceability, coherence, and integrity of reported figures. * Support leadership in reviewing accounting policies, cost and expense allocation criteria, and reporting standards. **FP\&A – Planning, Budgeting, and Analysis** * Actively participate in the development and review of the annual budget, forecasts, and variance analyses (actual vs. budgeted vs. forecast). * Conduct financial performance analyses, margin analyses, and profitability analyses by product/channel/business unit. * Support leadership in building financial scenarios and sensitivity analyses. * Produce clear, analytical, and executive-level managerial reports to support decision-making. **Processes, Controls, and Continuous Improvement** * Critically assess internal processes, proposing improvements to controls, workflows, deadlines, and information quality. * Support the implementation and evolution of internal controls, financial KPIs, and dashboards. * Collaborate with Accounting, Tax, CSC, and business areas to clarify criteria and align information. * Contribute to the maturity of the Controller and FP\&A function by supporting the coordinator and technically developing the team when needed. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields. * Preferred: Postgraduate degree or MBA in Finance, Controller, or FP\&A. **Experience** * Solid experience in Controller and/or FP\&A functions, preferably in mid- to large-sized companies. * Experience in reviewing and critically analyzing accounting and tax information. * Experience with budgeting, forecasting, results analysis, and managerial reporting. * Prior role as a senior analyst, with technical autonomy and systemic vision. **Technical Knowledge** * Strong knowledge of financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement). * Advanced Excel (financial modeling, complex formulas, pivot tables). * Desired: Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Senior or similar) and BI tools. * Knowledge of accounting, tax, and internal control concepts.
