Join GSH! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Welcome, receive, and serve donors their snack and accompanying items; * Monitor donors during snack time to identify potential adverse reactions to blood donation; * Guide donors in completing the self-exclusion questionnaire and satisfaction survey; * Perform thorough cleaning of the cafeteria area, including tables, seats, and utensils after each donor served; * Receive, inspect, and record incoming supplies—primarily sandwiches, fruits, and juices for donors; * Manage sector inventory and complete input/materials worksheets required for the reception team to place orders with the warehouse; * Carry out administrative tasks and routines relevant to the cafeteria sector and provide support to other departments whenever necessary; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed elementary education; * Minimum 6 months of experience in this role or as a general services assistant or similar position; * Experience in customer reception; * Experience in the healthcare field is a plus; * We seek a welcoming, friendly, collaborative individual with strong interpersonal skills; **Additional Information** * Work Location: Araçatuba/SP; * Shift Schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off; * Benefits: Meal Allowance, Food Allowance, Transportation Allowance, Health Insurance, and Dental Insurance.
