We strive every day to grow together, demonstrate ownership mindset, and work with excellence. **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities...** * Operation and control of the entire Water Treatment system, Effluent Pre-treatment, Refrigeration, and Hot Air Furnaces; * Conduct analysis of potable water and effluent control parameters, formalizing collected data through daily reports; * Monitoring and control of department indicators; * Identify abnormalities and assist in solving minor repairs; * Perform cleaning and inspections to ensure equipment reliability, employee safety and sustainability, maintaining organization of the mentioned systems, as well as monitoring and operation of equipment; * Activate the support chain as established. **What Will Contribute to Your Success?** * Technical degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical fields or Engineering background (preferred); * Intermediate Excel skills, including mastery of key tool functions; * Experience using SAP transactions and knowledge of SAP; * Understanding of factory structure and processes; * Basic knowledge of Utilities processes; * Resilience, empathy, proactivity, flexibility, discipline, and organizational skills.
