Support the team in risky or conflict situations **Job Mission** Ensure the store's asset security by preventing losses, thefts, and damages, enforcing internal policies, and contributing to a safe environment for customers and employees. **Main Responsibilities** * Monitor the movement of customers, employees, and service providers * Prevent theft, losses, and suspicious behavior inside the store * Supervise the entry and exit of merchandise * Patrol internal and external store areas * Proactively safeguard asset integrity * Support the team in risky or conflict situations, as needed * Comply with and enforce company security policies **Requirements and Knowledge** * High school diploma * Attention to detail, discreet demeanor, and strong observational skills * Good communication and emotional control * Basic knowledge of asset security * Prior experience in this role is a plus Employment Type: Full-time, Direct Hire (CLT) Salary: R$1\.658,88 \- R$1\.824,77 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
