Monitoring and verification of services Construction company seeking a Construction Site Supervisor in Araçatuba. Caprem is a company specialized in management and technology solutions for the pension sector. We provide services aimed at optimizing processes and ensuring the security of our clients' information. **Responsibilities:** Lead civil construction worker teams at construction sites. Control equipment and materials. Inspect quality of raw materials used. Administer construction schedules. Authorize activities to be carried out according to project specifications and company PES (Safety Execution Procedures). Monitor ongoing services. Verify executed services against project specifications and PES. Control materials employed in activities and supervise their consumption. Plan upcoming activities aligned with the schedule. Monitor usage and maintenance of team equipment and tools. Conduct material takeoffs for procurement and service authorization per project requirements. Manage time per activity executed, including start and end times. Gather data for KPIs and report to engineering. Previous experience as Construction Site Supervisor, Construction Coordinator, Project Manager, or Construction Team Leader may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
