




The Telecommunications Installation Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and configuring telecommunications networks, including internet, telephone, and TV systems, ensuring proper service operation and customer satisfaction. Works on-site, following technical standards, safety regulations, and company quality policies. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform installations and activations of internet, telephone, and TV services in homes and businesses; * Run cables, assemble connectors, configure routers, modems, and network equipment; * Diagnose and resolve technical faults in installed services; * Conduct signal measurements and tests using specific equipment (OTDR, power meter, among others); * Ensure installation quality and integrity according to established technical standards; * Complete service reports, work orders, and field records; * Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles assigned; * Comply with safety regulations (NR\-10, NR\-35, and other applicable ones) and internal company policies; * Guide customers on the correct use of installed equipment and services. * **Experience:** Prior experience in installation and maintenance of fiber optic, radio, or wired networks; * Installation and configuration of routers, modems, and ONUs; * Structured cabling and fiber optic splicing; * Network testing and signal measurements; * Valid driver's license category B; * NR\-10 and NR\-35 training courses (advantageous).
