




A warehouse and bistro is seeking a professional Baker in Campinas (Cambuí). Maria Antonieta is a brand offering products and services related to fashion and lifestyle. The company aims to inspire its customers with elegance and sophistication. **Responsibilities:** Produce and bake artisanal breads, pastries, viennoiseries (croissants, pain au chocolat), puff pastries, and brioche. Strictly follow French baking processes, using the finest flours and ingredients. Ensure quality control of products at every stage, from fermentation to baking. Operate and perform basic maintenance on bakery equipment (ovens, mixers, laminators). Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene in the workplace and with utensils. Monitor fermentation times and taste-test products to guarantee standards of flavor and texture.
