Activities may include conducting research; assessing the tax legality and effectiveness of current and future business activities; preparing and filing tax statements, returns, and other required reports; maintaining tax records; and corresponding with external tax agencies or consultants. **Summary of this role** ----------------------- * Direct tax compliance, reporting (FIN48, FAS109, etc.), and tax planning. * Calculate Income tax for Brazil entities. * Review the tax analysis and business prospects for the region. * Prepare the tax package for the Lar South region (FAS109, FIN48\). * Review and promote actions to control and improve the ETR. * Prepare presentations for the corporate team regarding FIN48 topics. * Prepare tax return such DCTF and ECF * Execute tax planning focused on direct taxes for the region (South America). * Attend and monitor tax inspections. **Your responsibilities will include** ------------------------------------ [ACTION REQUIRED - DO NOT POST AS IS] Describe the main responsibilities of this position.
