If you master Java, SQL, AWS, and wish to work with cutting-edge technology in the financial market, this is your opportunity. **Responsibilities** Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and secure backend systems Write clean, testable, and sustainable code with a focus on performance Participate in technical and architectural decisions with a long-term vision Collaborate with agile squads for continuous value delivery Take ownership of each deliverable, adopting an owner mindset and customer focus **Technical Requirements (Mandatory)** Solid experience with Java (8\+) and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) Strong understanding of SOLID principles and application of design patterns Quarkus framework experience preferred Advanced SQL knowledge Experience with AWS (EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda, etc.) Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and Oracle databases RESTful API development Messaging systems knowledge (Kafka, RabbitMQ) Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI) Git version control Automated testing practices (TDD, JUnit) Microservices architecture experience Understanding of the equity market and risk management Redis experience Application security fundamentals (OWASP) Java or AWS certifications English proficiency at B2 level * Preferred: Ability to lead meetings with international stakeholders * Minimum: Ability to read and write occasional messages in English **Culture and Behavioral Profile** We seek individuals who demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit, discipline, and excellence.
