Work Location: Araçatuba/SP \| On-site (with field visits in the region as required) **Main Responsibilities** Provide field and/or internal technical support for commercial automation and IT equipment (as required). Support installation, preventive, and corrective maintenance routines for equipment and peripherals. Perform failure diagnostics (hardware and basic electronics), testing, and component replacement. Assist with equipment pickup/delivery routines, and basic organization and control of materials and tools. Complete service records and maintain minimum technical organization of tasks (service orders, history, and status). Focus on quality, agility, and positive customer relations. Requirements: Technical education in IT, Networking, Electronics, Electrotechnics, or related fields (completed or in progress). Bachelor’s degree preferred: currently pursuing or completed in Information Systems, Networking, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or related fields. Practical knowledge in: Computer/laptop maintenance (diagnostics, part replacement, OS installation, drivers, peripherals). Basic networking concepts (basic configurations, connectivity, testing, simple troubleshooting). Applied basic electronics (measurements, identification of simple failures, testing, cables, connectors, power supplies, and peripherals). Availability for external visits in the region when required. Driver’s license category A/B and experience driving cars and motorcycles. **Advantages (not mandatory but advantageous)** Experience with commercial automation (POS systems, printers, scanners, scales, peripherals). Experience with field technical support and customer support routines. Familiarity with weighing systems and authorized equipment maintenance. Familiarity with ticketing/service order systems and technical record-keeping. **Behavioral Profile** Proactivity and willingness to dynamically support the technical team. Organization and care regarding equipment, vehicles, and materials. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with customers and team members.
