Ensure service quality across all workshop processes. Control and distribute service orders (SO) among mechanics and technicians. Monitor repair and service progress to optimize productivity. Communicate with customers regarding deadlines, status, and service details. Manage inventory of parts and materials required for interventions. Prepare productivity, cost, and workshop efficiency reports.
