They will work closely with internal departments to guarantee information alignment, deadline compliance, and support for commercial routines. Key responsibilities include: * Analyzing sales orders against the customer’s purchase orders to ensure information consistency. * Requesting technical documentation from the Quality department when necessary, ensuring process completeness. * Communicating with clients regarding information received from PCP—especially in cases of order anticipation and/or delays. * Accompanying client visits to the factory for order kick-off meetings. * Drafting minutes (ATAs) from negotiations held during meetings focused on timelines and deliveries. * Requesting freight carriers from clients and coordinating with the Logistics department for pickup of ready goods. * Supporting contract, proposal, order, amendment, and renewal management. * Organizing and archiving physical and digital contracts, ensuring quick, secure, and traceable access to information. * Monitoring contract validity periods and deadlines, supporting notification dispatches and updates. * Collaborating with internal departments—including Legal, Sales, and Finance—to validate contractual information. * Using ERP systems (e.g., TOTVS/Protheus), CRM platforms, and task management tools for data consultation, updating, and tracking.
