Job Summary:
Professional responsible for managing the construction site warehouse, including receipt, storage, material control, and documentation.

**Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., Friday from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Professional **Job Description and Responsibilities:**
* Receive, inspect, sort, and store construction materials according to TARRAF standards;
* Monitor inventory levels of productive and non-productive materials, requesting, when necessary, engineering to issue requisitions for stock replenishment to meet project demands;
* Control supply and maintenance of equipment and tools provided to direct and third-party employees;
* Control inventories and issue reports on material, equipment, and/or tool entries and exits;
* Carry out daily scheduling and control of material receipt;
* Issue consumption reports for materials or equipment stipulated in partner companies’ contracts but supplied by TARRAF, for deduction from their progress billings;
* Maintain contact with suppliers to confirm single delivery dates or schedule partial deliveries, avoiding delays in requested materials;
* Participate in construction phase planning to organize material, equipment, and tool storage areas;
* Schedule dumpsters and control waste disposal according to selective waste classification;
* Conduct quotations for emergency material purchases when requested and approved by the GO – Site Manager;
* Schedule deliveries and returns of shoring systems and rented equipment per GO’s instructions;
* Maintain and ensure site organization regarding materials stored in open areas, following GO’s guidance and the PGC – Construction Management Program;
* Support administrative activities at the site when requested;
* Control and complete the material traceability spreadsheet;
* Monitor purchase order generation process in collaboration with the Procurement Department in the MEGA system;
* Release materials to work fronts via internal requisition;
* Be responsible for managing all warehouse documentation, including goods receipt invoices, Material Verification Forms, material quality certificates, and Safety Data Sheets (SDS);
* Complete the CQM (Material Technical Control) upon material receipt at the site;
* Sort and identify expired materials to prevent their use;
* Control fixed assets materials on site;
