The professional will work integrated with departments and managers, contributing to continuous process improvement and strengthening the organizational culture. Key responsibilities include: * Conducting **recruitment and selection** processes from job opening to onboarding. * Organizing and conducting **new employee onboarding**, ensuring delivery of materials, system access, and record registration. * Supporting **offboarding processes and exit interviews**, maintaining records and compliance evidence. * Working in **training and development**, assisting in needs assessment, scheduling, tracking renewals, recording data, and monitoring training indicators. * Supporting **performance evaluation cycles**, setting up evaluations, monitoring PDIs (Individual Development Plans), and consolidating results. * Maintaining updated information on **positions, salaries, and personnel movements**, ensuring compliance with internal policies and collective agreements. * Supporting **Personnel Administration and Benefits** routines. * Contributing to **internal marketing and communication initiatives**, strengthening employee morale and engagement. * Maintaining **HR indicators and controls**, ensuring traceability, data quality, and compliance with **LGPD** (Brazil's General Data Protection Law). In addition to operational tasks, the professional is expected to act **proactively in process improvement**, proposing standardizations, adjustments, and best practices aligned with Lean culture and HR governance. **Requirements and qualifications** We are looking for an analytical, organized individual committed to high-quality people management processes.
