In-depth knowledge of procurement, inventory, and goods receipt processes. Experience handling service tickets, SLAs, and ITSM tools. Hands-on experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environments. Strong functional analysis and complex problem-solving capabilities. Effective communication skills for interaction with business areas and technical teams. Autonomy, sense of responsibility, and ability to manage priorities. Consultative mindset with focus on continuous improvement. Requirements: Experience in S/4HANA environments. Knowledge of Brazil Localization (taxes, NF-e, SPED). Prior experience in high-volume ticket environments. Analytical, organized, and solution-oriented profile. Bonus: ABAP debugging
