Aligning Expectations: Validate User Stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring development delivers exactly what the product requires. Bug Hunting: Report and manage defects clearly, documenting evidence and reproduction steps. Strategic Documentation: Create and maintain detailed test cases. Technical Growth: Support test automation (initial scripts) and participate in technical validations of APIs and Backend. Agile Culture: Actively attend ceremonies (Scrum/Kanban), bringing a quality-focused perspective from refinement onward. **What We’re Looking For (Requirements):** Education: Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress (Computer Science, Systems Analysis and Development, Software Engineering, or related fields). Theoretical Background: Knowledge of testing methodologies (unit, integration, E2E). Mindset: Strong analytical ability to identify edge cases and full user focus (UX). Communication: Impeccable writing skills for technical documentation. Data: Basic SQL knowledge for queries and validations. **Nice-to-Have (Preferred Qualifications):** Experience in Fintechs, ERPs, or payment systems. Familiarity with Cypress, Selenium, or Playwright. CTFL/ISTQB certification. Experience with Jira or Azure DevOps. **What We Offer:** Salary: Market-competitive (CLT).
