Would you like to join our team? **OSASCO – Distribution Coordinator** **Position/Area Summary:** Coordinate the route planning team, ensuring company premises and strategies are upheld, optimizing resources, increasing productivity, and reducing T2 costs. **Responsibilities:** * People management; * Know and apply company policies, standards, and procedures; * Monitor and ensure the route planner’s activities are accurate, aiming for the lowest possible freight cost through optimal use of available resources; * Coordinate resolution of delivery-related issues with commercial, operations, and customer teams; * Ensure trucks depart within the scheduled time; * Ensure customer complaints are addressed via the Customer Service Center (SAC); * Ensure supervisors conduct field visits four times per week and address anomalies reported by drivers and assistants; * Hold biweekly meetings with the monitoring, route planning, freight management, and distribution teams; * Coordinate efforts to guarantee the quality and effectiveness standards for product delivery established by the company; * Collaborate with Transportation Logistics to identify solutions for resource optimization and cost reduction; * Report operational performance indicators and action plans for correcting potential regional deviations to the Operations Manager. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, or related fields; * **Minimum Experience:** Solid expertise in Logistics and People Management; * **Technical Skills:** Intermediate Excel proficiency, Class B driver’s license.
