Grupo Rojemac Caieiras \- SP 1 position Not informed Eligible for PCD Full time CLT On-site Specialist We are looking for a professional to lead the Quality Program, applying methodologies for records, controls, continuous improvement in processes, and measurement of results. Train and guide involved areas to ensure adherence to established quality standards. **Responsibilities:** Lead, manage, and be accountable for direct reports; Monitor maintenance of the QMS according to ANVISA standards for sanitizing products, ensuring quality control and assurance processes, as well as procedures related to the QMS; Manage administrative documents for company operations and/or licenses, such as Sanitary Permit, Fire Department, City Hall, and other regulatory agencies; Respond to customer demands regarding regulatory agencies and monitor regulations, ordinances, and legislative proposals; Plan and oversee internal, external, certification body, customer, and competent authority audits; Comply with and enforce the company's Quality Policy, quality indicators, and continuous improvement of the QMS; Conduct annual planning of QMS Management Review meetings, prepare minutes, and archive them; Lead and participate in the QMS Committee; Monitor new product development and implementation of laboratory tests, ensuring compliance with internal specifications, customer requirements, and applicable legislation; Define analysis methods based on studies, tests, and chemical expertise, and perform quality control of products and manufacturing processes; Support development of labels, packaging, and instructions for use of sanitizing products; Implement and deliver training, including improvement and corrective action projects; Ensure instruments/equipment are properly calibrated; Manage team members and distribute tasks; Collaborate within the Quality system, issue and respond to non-conformities, and develop preventive and corrective action plans relevant to the area of responsibility; **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related fields * Active CRQ registration * Strong communication skills * Experience in team management * Knowledge of process management methodologies and continuous improvement **What We Offer:** * Life Insurance; * Meal Allowance; * Medical Assistance; * On-site Meals; * Dental Plan by adhesion according to employee's choice; * SESC Partnership; * Company product discounts; * Shuttle Service (subject to availability); * Pharmacy Partnership; * TotalPass Thinking about your career?
