Analyzing requirements and suggesting technological solutions that add value to our business, optimize processes, and improve user experience across our systems. Contributing to the technical growth of the team by sharing knowledge and best practices in software development. Identifying and recommending improvements to the development process to increase efficiency and delivery quality.
