Job Summary: Public service, access control, and visible patrols for an unarmed security guard, with emphasis on security and risk prevention. Key Highlights: 1. Public approach and guidance 2. Implementation of security and emergency procedures Requirements: Must reside in Porto Belo and have access to bus lines reaching Vivapark Porto Belo, especially on weekends. Preferably live near Porto Belo. Personal vehicle preferred. Main Responsibilities: Public approach for guidance and information regarding the service post; access control for individuals at reception; vehicle access control; visible patrols via QR Code; familiarity with mobile-based patrol systems; basic computer literacy; visual inspection for identifying suspicious individuals; situational analysis for risk prevention; implementation of security and emergency procedures; discretion and protection of confidential information; ability to handle conflict situations and interact with the general public. Work Position: Unarmed Security Guard Working Hours: 12x36 \- 08:00 to 20:00\. Compensation: R$ 2\.091,63, Meal Allowance (R$ 47.50/day) \+ Intra-shift Benefit \+ 30% Hazard Pay and 7% Attendance Bonus. Additional Behavioral Expectations: Perform patrols and stand for extended periods; patrol indoor and outdoor areas; communicate directly with the public; maintain readiness and availability for immediate action; work effectively under pressure; uphold professional ethics and integrity; avoid unnecessary conversations with the public; refrain from using personal mobile phones at the service post.
