About the position We are seeking an organized, committed, and detail-oriented professional to work in the HR Payroll department, ensuring security, legal compliance, and excellence in customer service. Key responsibilities: * Perform monthly payroll closing for clients * Register employees and contributors in companies * Calculate employment contract terminations within established deadlines * Submit auxiliary declarations from the department * Advise customers on labor law matters * Monitor employee vacation expiration dates * Ensure accurate submission of information to eSocial * Guarantee compliance with legal deadlines to avoid fines * Track updates to labor and social security legislation ? Mandatory prerequisites * Prior experience in the HR Payroll area * Knowledge of payroll processing, contract terminations, and eSocial * Organizational skills and attention to deadlines * Strong communication and customer relationship skills * Knowledge of labor and social security legislation ✨ Desired differentiators * Experience in accounting firms * Familiarity with the Único System – SCI * Experience providing consultative customer service ?
