Job Summary:
Responsible for receiving, organizing, and controlling biological samples and materials, ensuring quality and operational support.

Main Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and organize biological samples, evaluating their packaging and directing\-them to the respective departments;
Support supply control by identifying and reporting any discrepancies to the Supplies and Commercial team;
Ensure compliance with Quality Management System procedures;
Receive, inspect, store, and control materials from the warehouse;
Perform cleaning, organization, and basic maintenance of equipment used in operations;
Store and forward biological samples to NTOs according to internal procedures;
Monitor and record temperatures of equipment such as refrigerators, incubators, freezers, thermo\-hygrometers, thermoblocks, and eyewash stations;
Maintain organization and hygiene of workbenches;
Handle and track service requests via the Movidesk platform;
Provide support to the Supplies team by supplying information on daily operations and service requests;
Receive and verify the quantity of dry ice used in operations;
Assemble shipping boxes for material transportation;
Perform records and movements using the SAP system.
✅ Requirements
Completed high school education;
Experience with inventory, warehouse, or logistics routines;
Basic knowledge of Word, Excel, and email;
Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a team.
* Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of biological sample packaging and storage;
Familiarity with the SAP system;
Experience in laboratories, hospitals, distribution centers, or healthcare-related companies.
