Job Summary: A professional responsible for performing corrective and preventive maintenance on various machines, equipment, and facilities, as well as conducting hydraulic repairs and ensuring system functionality. Maintenance management and document organization Position: Maintenance Assistant Schedule: To be determined Perform corrective and preventive maintenance activities on: refrigeration units, air conditioning systems, telecommunication equipment, collective antennas, TV set tuning, radios, etc. • Execute the Preventive Maintenance Plan daily. • Replace light bulbs, ballasts, outlets, and other components. • Perform hydraulic repairs in the hotel (toilets, faucets, etc.). • Inspect parking and garage areas, carrying out necessary repairs and fixes. • Check daily the operational status of booster pumps to ensure continuous supply of hot and cold water, 24 hours a day. • Keep work tools orderly and organized. • Organize documents from third-party companies. • Process open service orders in the system. • Perform other tasks as required or requested by management. • Maintain a clean and organized workplace. • Carry out other related duties as required by the department/hotel.
