Job Summary: Ensure customer and colleague well-being through cleaning and hygiene of the premises, performing general store cleaning and other related tasks. Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the premises 2. Perform general cleaning of the store and backstage areas 3. Ensure the well-being of customers and colleagues The mission of this role is to ensure customer and colleague well-being by maintaining cleanliness and hygiene of the premises. **Your responsibilities will include:** Performing general cleaning of the store and backstage areas, including cleaning windows, restrooms, changing rooms, courtyards, and storage areas; Organizing and sanitizing the cafeteria; Collecting garbage and recyclable materials; Responding to incidents occurring in the premises; Sweeping and washing sidewalks; Operating floor scrubbing machines for floor cleaning; Performing other tasks of similar nature and complexity as required. **Requirements:** Proven experience in this role; Knowledge of cleaning equipment and supplies; Flexibility regarding working hours. **Work Location:** Hippo Store at Pedra Branca \- Palhoça. **Working Hours:** From 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with a 1-hour and 10-minute break **Compensation:** R$ 2\.255,00 **Benefits:** Health, dental, and psychological support plans Partnerships with clinics, laboratories, and pharmacies Collaborations with gyms, universities, and technical courses Birthday day off On-site cafeteria Attendance Bonus
