Job Summary: A professional to develop and detail mechanical engineering projects in BIM, focusing on continuous process improvement and dissemination of organizational culture. Key Highlights: 1. Development of mechanical engineering projects in compliance with standards. 2. Conducting technical reviews and ensuring functionality and aesthetics. 3. Researching and applying standards, as well as supporting project management. An enterprise responsible for analyzing, sizing, preparing, and detailing engineering and/or architectural projects in BIM, with a focus on continuous improvement of processes, projects, and execution timelines. Ensuring efficiency and effectiveness of processes and projects, and disseminating Engeplanti Organization’s culture, promoting innovation, excellence, and continuous business evolution. Responsibilities: * Development and delivery of mechanical engineering projects in compliance with applicable technical standards and Engeplanti organization specifications; * Conducting technical reviews of prepared projects, including correction of drafting errors; * Verification and fulfillment of required input and output data for the project; * Research and exploration of various concepts, ensuring technical functionality and aesthetics, while also considering sustainability and project feasibility; * Development of modeling and technical drawings meeting project specifications; * Analysis and application of relevant legislation and standards pertaining to the project; * Identification and application of appropriate materials, as well as organization of necessary supply logistics; * Support in developing and monitoring the schedule, as well as managing project resources; * Execution and assurance of completion of assigned tasks within stipulated deadlines. * Participation in meetings with clients, leading companies, and feedback sessions. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or Technical/Technologist degree in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, or related fields; * Expertise in HVAC design projects; * Active registration with the respective professional council; * CNPJ with CNAE code corresponding to the hiring requirement.
