Job Summary: Lead and develop finance teams, optimize treasury and cash management operations, implement process improvements, and ensure process compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership of the finance team and management of essential operations. 2. Optimization of financial processes with a focus on automation and security. 3. Ensuring governance and compliance with the LGPD. **Responsibilities:** * **People Management:** Coordinate and develop the finance team, conduct performance evaluations, and guide daily routines. * **Financial Operations:** Lead Treasury, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Credit Analysis, Loans, and Foreign Exchange Closing. * **Cash Management:** Monitor daily Working Capital Requirement (NCG) and investments, and prepare daily and weekly cash flow statements for group companies. * **Processes and Automation:** Implement improvements, new controls, and management tools to enhance security, efficiency, and automation of financial processes. * **Governance and LGPD:** Ensure process compliance with internal controls and data confidentiality in accordance with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD). **What You Bring:** * **Education:** Bachelor's degree in related fields (Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering). A postgraduate degree in Finance or Controllership is desirable. * **Leadership Experience:** Minimum of **1 year as a Coordinator**, with proven experience managing finance teams (Treasury, Accounts Payable and Receivable). * **Technical Expertise:** Solid knowledge of **treasury operations**, cash flow management, NCG monitoring, and foreign exchange closing. * Proficiency in **Power BI** for creating and analyzing financial KPIs. * Proficiency in the **Microsoft Office Suite** and **Google** collaboration tools. * **Business Acumen:** Proactive profile capable of identifying bottlenecks, proposing automation solutions, and ensuring internal control security. * **Language:** Intermediate English proficiency is considered a plus.
