FUNCTION OBJECTIVE** Ensure constant hygiene and organization across all bar areas, with special emphasis on restrooms and common areas, guaranteeing the environment remains immaculate for guests throughout operating hours. **2\. OPERATIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES** * **Restroom Maintenance:** Constant cleaning and sanitization, replenishment of toilet paper and soap, and removal of trash throughout the shift. * **Dining Area Cleaning:** Floor maintenance (removal of debris or spilled liquids) and cleaning of glass surfaces and other fixtures. * **Waste Management:** Collection, separation, and proper disposal of waste generated by the bar, kitchen, and dining area. * **Pre\-Opening Cleaning:** Perform thorough cleaning and organization of the premises prior to opening. * **Supply Handling:** Responsible control and mindful usage of cleaning products and hygiene materials. **3\. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS AND PROFILE** * **Experience:** Minimum of 6 months in this role, preferably in high-traffic venues (bars, events, or restaurants). * **Efficiency:** Ability to perform quick and discreet cleaning while the bar is operational. * **Profile:** Organized, detail-oriented, and committed to hygiene standards. **4\. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS** * **Base Salary:** R$ 2\.200,00\. * **Additional Pay:** Night shift allowance applied to hours worked after 10 PM. * **Benefits:** Transportation allowance and on-site meals. **5\. WORK SCHEDULE AND ROTATION** * **Working Hours:** 8 hours of work \+ 1-hour break. * **Rotation Schedule:** 6 days on, 1 day off (weekly day off). * **Shifts:** * **Tue, Wed, Sun:** (4:00 PM to 1:00 AM\) * **Thu, Fri, Sat:** (3:00 PM to 12:00 AM\) or (5:00 PM to 2:00 AM\). Compensation: R$2\.000,00 \- R$2\.200,00 per month Work Location: On-site
