If you are detail-oriented, organized, responsible, possess logical reasoning skills, and have strong communication abilities, this opportunity is for you! **Main Responsibilities:** * Verify customer orders to ensure accuracy of information and proper application of logistics processes. * Communicate with departments involved in order verification and dispatch, especially when identifying information discrepancies; * Issue electronic delivery invoices and electronic service invoices; * Generate postal labels, air freight drafts, and other transportation-related documents; * Enter orders into the system; * Provide support to other administrative departments; Requirements: **Key Qualification Requirements:** * Completed high school education * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative or tax-related routines. **Active Knowledge:** * Ability to work with goals and targets. * Capacity to interface with all company departments. * Organizational and focus skills. * Attention to detail. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace tools. * Familiarity with invoice issuance systems.
