The **Registration Team** is responsible for ensuring accurate analysis, validation, and formalization of registration data, guaranteeing compliance with legal and operational requirements. Responsibilities: * Input, verify, and update customer registration information in systems, in accordance with LGPD guidelines. * Support document analysis and verification, following defined guidelines and procedures. * Generate contracts and assist in sending, tracking, and organizing contractual formalization. * Support client onboarding by performing operational tasks in specific systems. * Monitor document validation and regularization. * Track registration status and support resolution efforts for document adjustments and corrections. * Perform operational routines related to registration. * Support the team in identifying simple improvements in registration and recordkeeping processes. * Input, verify, and maintain up-to-date customer data and information in internal systems—ensuring organization, standardization, and reliability of information.
