




Job Summary: An internship focused on multichannel traffic management, data analysis, and funnel optimization to boost performance. Key Highlights: 1. Meta, Google, and TikTok Ads campaign optimization 2. Creation and maintenance of BI dashboards for metric monitoring 3. Support to the Growth team in identifying bottlenecks ***Responsibilities:*** * **Multichannel Traffic Management:** Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads. * **Data Analysis:** Create and maintain advanced dashboards in Power BI or Metabase to monitor key metrics (CAC, ROAS, LTV). * **Funnel Optimization:** Support the Growth team in identifying bottlenecks in the lead journey. * **A/B Testing:** Design and monitor creative and copy tests with a focus on performance. * **Strategic Reporting:** Prepare weekly reports with actionable insights and clear recommendations. ***Requirements:*** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program; * Practical experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads. * Solid knowledge of BI tools (Power BI or Metabase). * Results-oriented profile, with a focus on performance metrics. * Strong communication skills to translate complex data into simple information.
