**Main Responsibilities:**
* Issuing purchase orders and purchase requisitions.
* Identifying and maintaining ongoing contact with suppliers.
* Tracking executed purchases.
* Resolving issues related to delays, damages, invoices, and other matters.
* Receiving and analyzing internal purchase requests, considering needs and urgency.
* Requesting required documentation, such as invoices, technical reports, and specifications.
* Seeking approvals from department heads and partners for purchases.
* Forwarding purchase orders to the finance department for payment processing.
* Completing spreadsheets detailing purchase data.
* Communicating purchase feedback to requesters and the warehouse.
* Analyzing product demand.
* Planning and scheduling purchases jointly with suppliers.
* Contracting freight carriers / logistics for shipping and deliveries.
* Sending equipment for warranty and maintenance.
* Organizing and overseeing inventory execution.
* Implementing improvements in internal processes.
* Communicating and disseminating information regarding changes in departmental processes.
* Reporting relevant situations to management.
* Identifying and requesting hiring for team expansion or maintenance.
Requirements: **Key Fit Requirements:**
* Market research to identify new sourcing opportunities.
* Conducting quotations, negotiating prices, delivery timelines, and payment terms.
* Preparing reports on consumption, averages, and purchase volumes.
* Managing activities and organizing warehouse and procurement assistant teams.
* Making decisions regarding stock flow.
* Distributing and tracking tasks.
* Conducting training sessions.
**Active Knowledge:**
End-to-end procurement and supply chain management: demand planning, quotation, negotiation, contract control, and savings analysis.
Stock control and accuracy: managing receipts, shipments, and inventories.
Proficiency in ERP systems (Omie) and advanced Excel: indicator tracking, reporting, and cross-departmental integration.
Process planning and continuous improvement.
Knowledge of standards and compliance: traceability, batch/expiration control, technical documentation, and regulatory compliance.
