Administrative support and financial operations We are looking for a Commercial Receptionist to work at a high-end beauty salon, with a communicative, organized, and customer-service-excellence-oriented profile. **Location: Rod. José Carlos Daux, 5500** **Employment Type: CLT** **RemunerationSalary: R$ 2\.190,00 \+ commission** **Working HoursMonday to Friday: 10 AM to 7 PMSaturday: 10 AM to 2 PM** **Responsibilities:** Customer service both in person and digitally (WhatsApp and social media), reception and client guidance, scheduling organization and confirmation, data entry into the system, service presentation and sales (procedures, packages, and products), negotiation per company guidelines, after-sales support and customer retention, administrative support, opening and closing the business, cash handling operations, payment recording, receipt issuance, and forwarding financial information according to internal procedures. **Requirements:** * Strong communication skills and courteous customer interaction; * Organizational ability, attention to detail, and sense of responsibility; * Proactivity and commitment; * Professional demeanor and teamwork collaboration; * Interest in working in a high-end environment; * Preferred: currently pursuing studies in Esthetics, Biomedicine, or related fields.
