Job Summary: Cookoa Chocolates is seeking an organized, analytical, and hands-on Intern / Junior E-commerce Assistant to support digital and marketplace operations. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity to learn about e-commerce and digital platforms. **PART-TIME POSITION | Intern / Junior E-commerce Assistant** On-site or hybrid in Palhoça/SC. *Cookoa Chocolates is a bean-to-bar chocolate factory founded by a female chocolatier and nutritionist. Since 2016, the company has pioneered innovative recipes and is recognized for its commitment to offering BEAN-TO-BAR, PLANT-BASED, CLEAN-LABEL chocolates free from cross-contamination. Our mission is to deliver unique experiences through high-quality food that combines flavor and safety.* Cookoa Chocolates is looking for an organized, analytical, and hands-on person to join our digital team and support e-commerce and marketplace operations. If you enjoy organization, data, digital platforms, and truly want to learn how a growing e-commerce business operates, this role is for you. Day-to-day responsibilities: * List and update products on the website * Adjust descriptions, images, and technical information * Organize categories and pages * Support implementation of improvements suggested by the marketing team * Monitor the platform and identify potential errors or opportunities for improvement * Generate sales, product, and performance reports * Support campaign organization (Black Friday, product launches, etc.) * Update and monitor products on marketplaces * Ensure the website remains well-organized and fully functional Strategic direction comes from the marketing team. This person will be responsible for executing tasks with attention to detail and organization.
