With steady growth in the Brazilian market and in the South-Central region of America, we are seeking a Network Infrastructure Support Analyst to join our team and strengthen our operations. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:** * Administer and maintain Windows Server servers and critical services (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO). * Manage hybrid infrastructure using Microsoft Azure (VPNs, Virtual Networks, and Azure AD/Entra ID). * Monitor and configure network assets (Switches, Routers, and Firewalls) to ensure data connectivity and security. * Implement and manage security and compliance policies in the Microsoft 365 environment. **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Computer Networks, IT, or related fields. * Solid experience administering Windows Server environments. * Proficiency in networking protocols (TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, and edge security). * Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery tools. * Experience administering Microsoft 365 and Azure consoles. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * Microsoft Azure Administrator (AZ-104) or Windows Server Hybrid Administrator (AZ-800/801) certification. * Security certification (SC-300 or SC-900) focused on identity management. * Knowledge of ITIL v4. * Experience with PowerShell automation. * Cisco CCNA or CompTIA Network+ certification. **WE OFFER:** * Flexible Caju card (VA/VR) (R$ 650.00) * Life and personal accident insurance; * Transportation allowance (VT) or mobility assistance; * Unimed health plan (no monthly premium deduction); * Dental plan; * Workplace gymnastics; * Daycare assistance; * Pharmacy discount program. **Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–12:00 | 13:30–18:00.** **Employment Type: Full-time CLT** Employment Type: Full-time Compensation: R$4,500.00 – R$4,700.00 per month Work Location: On-site
