We are seeking a professional to join our team as VIRTUAL GATEKEEPING TECHNICAL SUPPORT RESPONSIBILITIES Provide customer service, deliver necessary support, and open service orders when required; Register residents in the system for new condominiums; Register TAGs and access controls in the system; Generate access reports upon request from the condominium; Manage and request inventory. Place orders for equipment and materials required by the department via the portal; Monitor and close protocols within the system; Perform other tasks according to Work Instructions (WI). **DESIRED COMPETENCIES:** Prior experience in customer service or administration is a plus; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Ability to work independently and collaboratively; Proactivity and organization to handle multiple tasks; **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:** Completed high school education; Proficiency in internet, Word, Microsoft Excel, and communication tools; Valid driver's license, Category B. **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM; alternate Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM **LOCATION:** NOSSA SENHORA DO ROSÁRIO / SÃO JOSÉ **COMPENSATION:** R$ 3\.182,62 **BENEFITS:** Meal allowance of R$ 47.50 per day with 20% discount Transportation voucher (6% discount); 7% attendance bonus (no absences) After the 90-day probation period, you may access partnerships with educational institutions, health insurance, and dental plans If you are interested in this position, please submit your resume.
