End-to-end tracking of the logistics process. **Logistics Analyst (Freight, Shipping, and Maintenance Part Shipment Support)** Provide operational logistics support, ensuring agile and traceable pickup/delivery flows, freight request processing, system order creation, and customer service for part shipments for repair, with end-to-end tracking until completion. Main Responsibilities * Contact and quote freight carriers (carriers/marketplaces), defining deadlines, transportation mode, cost, and optimal option per SLA. * Create and initiate delivery requests in the system (shipping order/request), ensuring complete data entry (customer, address, volumes, invoices, deadline). * Schedule pickups and deliveries, monitor status, resolve pending issues with carriers, and maintain updated traceability. * Receive and record customer requests for repair shipments (parts/equipment), advising on shipping methods, deadlines, and required documentation. * Respond to customer inquiries via the maintenance ticketing platform, addressing requests, updating statuses, collecting information, and escalating to relevant departments when necessary. * Assist with volume verification, shipping organization, and internal communication (production/maintenance/warehouse) to ensure correct and timely shipments. * Maintain updated logistics records and information (carriers, deadlines, tracking numbers, incidents) and support basic performance reporting (deadlines, delays, incidents).
