We are looking for an **Information** **Technology (****IT)** **Intern** to support IT department activities, contributing to the smooth operation of systems, technological infrastructure, and end-user support. **Your main responsibilities:** * Provide **technical** **support** **to** **end-users**, assisting in resolving issues related to hardware, software, and networks. * Assist with **installation,** **configuration,** **and** **maintenance** **of** **computers,** **printers,** **and** **other** **IT** **equipment**. * Support **installation** **and** **updates** **of** **operating** **systems** **and** **corporate** **software**. * Perform **technical** **ticket** **logging** **and** **tracking**, ensuring organization and traceability of requests. * Support **network** **infrastructure** **maintenance**, verifying connections, access, and equipment functionality. * Assist with **IT** **equipment** **control** **and** **organization**, as well as **technology** **asset** **inventory**. * Support **user** **account** **configuration,** **access** **management,** **and** **permission** **settings** **in** **internal** **systems**. * Collaborate on **documentation** **of** **IT** **department** **processes** **and** **procedures**. * Support **identification** **and** **resolution** **of** **technical** **issues**, escalating requests when necessary. * Assist with **preventive** **maintenance** **of** **equipment** **and** **systems**, aiming to prevent operational failures. * Contribute to the **organization** **and** **security** **of** **company** **information** **and** **technological** **resources**.
