Job Summary: We are seeking a fabric cutting assistant for a fashion e-commerce business, responsible for receiving, preparing, and organizing fabrics for cutting, assisting the cutter, and maintaining an organized workplace. We are a fashion e-commerce business looking for someone to assist us in the fabric cutting department \<3 Your responsibilities will include: * Receiving fabric from the warehouse; * Performing layup (spreading fabric on the table) manually or with machine assistance; * Preparing fabrics, patterns, and materials for cutting according to technical instructions; * Assisting the fabric cutter; * Sorting, inspecting, counting, and folding cut pieces by style, size, and color; * Handling fabric rolls and cut volumes, assisting in moving them to sewing bays or shipping; * Finalizing cutting batches for transfer to sewing; * Keeping the workplace organized and clean. Requirements: * High school diploma; * Proactivity; * Willingness to learn; * Prior experience working with fabrics is a plus; CLT employment contract, fully on-site, in São José. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:48 PM, with a 1-hour break.
