Responsibilities and Duties * Monitor and supervise construction phase execution, ensuring adherence to physical and financial schedules. * Analyze designs and propose technical solutions aimed at optimizing costs, timelines, and quality. * Supervise contractor and service provider teams, ensuring compliance with technical and safety standards. * Prepare service measurements and monitor cost and material control on site. * Ensure construction process quality in accordance with the company's Quality Management System guidelines. * Support site coordination in compatibility and planning meetings. * Monitor compliance with occupational health and safety and environmental regulations on site. * Support the technical team in project handover and post-construction technical assistance, as required. Requirements and Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. * Active registration with CREA. * 3 to 6 years of experience in large-scale construction projects, preferably high-standard ones. * Proficiency in reading and interpreting execution drawings. * Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and Advanced Excel. * Experience with construction management tools (e.g., Sienge, Power BI) is desirable. 2512070202191851910
