To join our team, the following are essential: * Reside in Florianópolis; * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, and/or related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Prior experience in commercial roles, business management, and customer relationship management; * Must own a vehicle and hold a Brazilian driver’s license (Category B); What awaits you on a day-to-day basis: * Work with high-value condominiums, prospecting new customers for Claro products (fixed and mobile); * Monetize existing Claro customers by offering additional company services—especially mobile—or upgrading their current offerings; * Foster customer loyalty and retention within high-value condominiums by delivering a differentiated market experience; * Manage a pre-established portfolio of condominiums, being fully responsible for all sales, quality, and customer base metrics; * Maintain strong relationships with internal support, technical, and commercial departments; * Conduct on-site shifts at condominiums to boost sales and strengthen customer loyalty; * Provide emergency support to your condominium portfolio for issue resolution; * Execute marketing initiatives within your condominium portfolio. 2512210202551278234
