




**Revenue Manager – Drops Network (Florianópolis/SC)** The **Drops Network**, the largest motel franchise network in Brazil, is looking for a **Revenue Manager** to join the team in **Florianópolis – SC**. If you are strategic, analytical, and enjoy working with data to drive results, this position is for you! **Your responsibilities:** * Manage and optimize the **revenue of the network’s units**, defining pricing, occupancy, and profitability strategies; * Analyze **performance indicators (KPIs)**, such as occupancy rate, average spend per guest, and RevPAR; * Develop **performance reports and dashboards** in Power BI, Excel, or other BI tools; * Conduct **market and competitive analysis**, identifying opportunities to maximize revenue; * Support strategic decision-making with **data-driven insights** and financial projections; * Collaborate closely with **Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams** to align sales and demand strategies. ✅ **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Hospitality Management, or related fields; * Prior experience as a **Revenue Manager, Pricing Analyst, Commercial Planning Analyst, or Controller**; * Advanced proficiency in **Excel** and **BI tools (Power BI, Data Studio, etc.)**; * Analytical, strategic mindset with strong results orientation; * Ability to interpret data and translate it into **practical actions to increase revenue**. **What we offer:** * Market-competitive remuneration; * Meal allowance (R$ 400.00; increases to R$ 600.00 after 90 days); * Fuel allowance (no payroll deduction); * Transportation allowance (6% payroll deduction); * **Attendance-based Day Off + 6 annual leave days**; * **Drops Loyalty Club** in cash (up to 1 full salary, no deductions); * **Life insurance and Unimed health plan**, with fixed monthly fee; * Working hours: **Monday to Friday, business hours**; Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree
